Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, informs all concerned that due to scheduled server upgrades aimed at improving online services, the university’s online services will be temporarily suspended for a few days. During this time, no online form submissions or services will be available.
Once the issue is resolved, the office will resume its online services and inform all stakeholders accordingly. From 2082 Ashad 2 (June 16, 2025), from 10:00 AM onward, students applying for transcript and provisional certificate services for the new academic year 2082 can use the upgraded online system.
Applicants must log in at student.tuexam.edu.np to fill out and submit the application form. They are required to pay the applicable fees online and submit the form digitally. The printed copy of the filled form, along with a copy of the registration card and required documents, must be submitted to the concerned section of the Examination Office.
If any errors are found after submission, the “correction option” can be used once. If payment has already been made and the form has been submitted, the receipt (Slip) and Application ID must be brought to the respective section for manual correction.
Only those forms submitted with payment and verified through the system will be processed. The office will not be held responsible for any missed deadlines caused by delays in personal submission. The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, appreciates your cooperation during the temporary suspension of online services.
