Subject: Important Information Regarding the Online Exam Form Submission for 4-Year Bachelor’s First Year (Regular), 2082

1. All students must visit student.tuexam.edu.np and fill in their Name, Registration Number, Date of Birth, and Parent’s Name as per their official academic documents. After submitting these details, students will receive login credentials to access the registration form. If login credentials are already available, students do not need to sign up again.

   Note: Use a valid email ID during signup. You will receive your login credentials at that email address.

2. With the provided login credentials, students can log in, fill out the exam form, and download the completed form.

3. After downloading the form, students must submit the printed form along with fees to their respective campuses.

4. Campuses must verify the forms filled by students through the Campus Portal. Forms filled online will not be valid unless verified by the campus.

5. The forms must be compiled into a Batch, and a Batch Report must be printed and submitted to the Examination Controller’s Office. The batch must be verified by the campus before submission.

6. After batch verification, the QR code and Registration Card will be used to generate the student’s Exam Roll Number, which the campus must provide to each student.

7. Students must attend the exam with their Registration Card and the QR Code printed on the admit card.

8. The online system will remain open until 2082 Ashad 11 (June 25, 2025) at 10:00 PM. For any issues, campuses can contact the technical team during office hours at 01-5330737.
